All prices listed on our website are in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping Policy

• Flat shipping rate of Rs. 250 is applicable all over Pakistan.

• Free shipping is available on:

  • All prepaid orders

  • Orders above Rs. 5,000

Delivery time usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Product Information

We try our best to display product colors and details accurately. However, slight color differences may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our fault.

To claim a defective or wrong item:

• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

• A proper unboxing/opening video must be provided as proof

Claims without video proof may not be accepted.
