At Origin Wear By AS, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is incorrect, damaged, or defective due to our fault.

Defective or Wrong Product Claims

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear pictures of the issue

  • Provide a proper unboxing/opening video as proof

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Important Notes

  • Slight color variations may occur due to lighting, camera effects, and screen settings. These are not considered defects.

  • Products damaged after use or mishandling by the customer will not qualify for return or refund.

  • Items claimed after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Refund Process

If your claim is approved after verification:

  • A replacement may be provided depending on stock availability

  • If replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued
