We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is incorrect, damaged, or defective due to our fault.
Defective or Wrong Product Claims
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must:

Provide a proper unboxing/opening video as proof
Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
Important Notes

Slight color variations may occur due to lighting, camera effects, and screen settings. These are not considered defects.

Products damaged after use or mishandling by the customer will not qualify for return or refund.
